Biztec Digital was founded in 2005 as a one-stop shop for web design, hosting, and domain names. At the time most small businesses had these different but related services managed by different companies. Our founder (John Rowe) figured it would be a far smoother experience for small business owners if they only had to deal with one company to manage those various services under one roof, instead of many.
We’ve grown and changed a lot since then and are now able to offer marketing solutions no matter the requirement and no matter where you are in the world.
Over a decade later we still retain many of our original clients. They joined us right at the start of our journey and they’re still here. We love people. We love solving problems. We believe that doing good for a client will be good for us and our experience confirms this. Placing people before profit is surprisingly profitable 🙂
Meet the Founder
I started Biztec Digital a few years ago as a one-man operation. The way it started is simple. I had a laptop and I needed a way to make money. With this laptop, I built my first super primitive website, registered my first domain, and hosted it with a reseller hosting plan. I then offered all this as a service to local businesses by cold calling and dropping flyers in the neighborhood. It was such a simple plan but it worked and gave me my first business clients.
Since then, I’ve launched various entrepreneurial ventures of my own and helped others launch their own companies. I love to see great ideas become reality, and it is this passion that led me to launch Biztec Labs which is a business accelerator for early-stage companies. I am now able to launch my own ideas through this accelerator and as in the beginning of my journey, provide this as a service to others and in so doing I’m helping to empower new entrepreneurs.
